Destination Rates
(events beyond 2.5+ hrs driving)
Events that are 2.5 hours or further, typically fall into our Destination Pricing.
This rate is higher because your event will require 3 days to deliver. Talents will travel the day before your wedding, and need 2 total nights lodging.
Destination Pricing Calculation =
~ 2 x Event Package Rate
~ $50/hr driving per DJ/Sax talent (round trip)
~ Lodging Charge, approx $200/night

How do I secure a Dream Day DJ for my date?
First, let us know about your music goals…along with the DJ Package and services you are interested in? If you’re not sure, let us know your thoughts and we can help direct you. Then we will email you a Contract/Agreement for that Package. Once signed (easy from the email), you will receive Payment instructions to Secure your date by paying the $500 Retainer Booking Fee. This amount counts towards your package total.
Once your retainer payment is made, your Entertainment and date are secured! You’ll have relief knowing a Dream Day DJ will curate the vibes for your wedding.

FAQ
How do I book/RESERve my wedding DJ?
First, let us know what Package you would like? We will then email you a contract/agreement. Once signed (digitally and easy from the email), you will receive Payment instructions to Secure your date by paying the $500 Retainer booking fee. This amount counts towards your package total, and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks from the event. The Retainer Booking amount is only refundable under an Act of God (hurricane evacuation or forced venue closure, etc.).
Can I choose the Music?
Yes you can! This is your wedding. You will receive a personal event account to manage your music choices. We are also happy to handle the selection. We recommend upbeat energy for hype dance floors.
We are experts here and are happy to help.
How much is your Retainer booking fee?
$500 and that counts towards your package total. We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, Checks, Cash, and Venmo.
Can I customize a package?
Definitely!
Give us a call/text/email and we will tailor a package to fit your needs.
Do you have microphones for our officiant and speeches?
We do! We use small Lapels for the Ceremony, so your pictures are sleek. Wireless handhelds for speeches, toasts, blessings, etc. Mics are available where needed. We are pros.
Do you work with other musicians?
Absolutely. We are experienced in coordinating with accompanying musicians to ensure the show goes off without a hitch. You’ll need professional audio experience to ensure this goes smoothly.
Are you LiCensed and insured?
Yes we are, and we can provide documentation.
What if something happens to my dj and they can't make it?
This is an extremely rare occurrence and highly unlikely. In the event your DJ has a disaster in his family/personal injury, we will first look to our in-house team of elite DJ’s to accommodate your wedding. If our DJ’s are unavailable, we will pull from our network of local Professional DJs. All planning and music information will be handled smoothly. You should not fear this, but rest easy knowing we will find a suitable Professional DJ.
